I had high hopes for my stay at Travelodge Harrogate, especially being centrally located close to everything. However, my experience was marred by significant issues on arrival. Despite having pre-booked two rooms for a special family occasion, I was informed that only one room was available due to a maintenance issue. This was incredibly disappointing and stressful, especially for a planned celebration.
